- Vinification : The grapes are harvested mechanically and pressed directly. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under controlled temperature.
- Color : Stunning salmon-pink tones, very attractive colour.
- Nose : Intense and fine, dominated by notes of red berries.
- Mouth : The combination of fine bubbles and delicate aromas makes this a delightfully light and silky rosé. Aromas in the mouth evoke red berries, cherries, strawberries: mellow and well-balanced.
- Recommendations : Serve as an apéritif but also to complement red berries desserts, fruit salads and some fruit pastries.
