- Vinification : Cold stabulation of the juice for a few days prior to fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vats. Matured on fine lees.
- Color : Pale yellow with green reflections.
- Nose : Intense, with aromas of fresh fruit: redcurrant, citrus, grapefruit and lemon.
- Mouth : Full and fresh, with the typical crispness of Loire valley sauvignon wines.
- Recommendations : As an aperitif, with smoked fish, seafood or goat's cheese from the Loire? crottin de Chavignol, Ste Maure de Touraine.
- Service temperature : Cool at 12°C
- Conservation : Drink while still young. 2 years
- Acidity : 0
- Alcohol : 12 % environ.
