AOP Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie - Melon de Bourgogne
- Geographical Situation : Loire Valley, Nantes's Vineyard, Vallet.
- Sol : Sandy-clay.
- Vinification : Pre-fermentation, skin contact at low temperature. 21 day cool fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maturation on the lees for 6 months.
- Color : Translucent with hints of silver.
- Nose : A bouquet of white flowers combined with a fresh lemony citrus fruit.
- Mouth : Exceptionally fresh and rounded and generally very palet-pleasing.
- Recommendations : Obviously a perfect partner with seafood and shell-fish. A mousseline of St.Jacques is also a good marriage. Also a delicious aperitive.

- Conservation : 3 to 5 years

- Alcohol : 12% environ
