  • Sol : Sandy-clay.
  • Vinification : Pre-fermentation, skin contact at low temperature. 21 day cool fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maturation on the lees for 6 months.
  • Color : Translucent with hints of silver.
  • Nose : A bouquet of white flowers combined with a fresh lemony citrus fruit.
  • Mouth : Exceptionally fresh and rounded and generally very palet-pleasing.
  • Recommendations : Obviously a perfect partner with seafood and shell-fish. A mousseline of St.Jacques is also a good marriage. Also a delicious aperitive.
  • Service temperature : 12 C°
  • Conservation : 3 to 5 years
  • Sugar : environ 2 g/l
  • Alcohol : 12% environ
