- Geographical Situation : In the heart of the Saumur wineyard, Loire Valley
- Sol : Clavey and chalky
- Vinification : Manual harvest which are at the end of September to the middle of October. The second fermentation is once the wine is bottled with an ageing on laths of at least 12 months.
- Color : Pale straw-coloured, fine and lasting bubbles in regular columns.
- Nose : Fruity aromas with a light touch of raspberry.
- Mouth : Structured, fine and round with a good lenght.
- Recommendations : Recommended to party with your friends and celebrate special times of your life.
- Service temperature : Should be served at about 6°C
- Alcohol : 12
