- Vinification : Maceration prior to cold fermentation then 19 days of fermentation in steel vats with temperature controls

- Nose : An intense bouquet of small red fruit - raspberry and strawberry - with a few notes of fresh undergrowth
- Mouth : Lavish and full with a smooth finish
- Recommendations : With red meat and poultry, duck with turnips for instance
- Service temperature : 12-15°C
