AOP Rosé de Loire - Cabernet Franc, Grolleau et Gamay.
- Sol : Soils of schist and freestone on a slightly sloping plateau, edged to the north by the Loire river and by the steeper hills of Layon to the south.
- Vinification : Pressed rosé which is then vinified in heat-regulated steel vats. Fermentation is at 18°C and last 14 days.
- Color : Deep pink with orange reflections.
- Nose : Aromas of fresh fruit, raspberry and cherry underscored by a note of lemon and grapefruit
- Mouth : A smooth attack with an acidulous theme throughout.
- Recommendations : Perfect as an aperitif or with summer meals: tuna and chive cake, fruit salads.
- Alcohol : 12
