AOP Rosé d'Anjou - Gamay and Grolleau.
- Geographical Situation : The centre of the Layon region.
- Sol : Clay / siliceous hillside, magnificently exposed due south / south-west.
- Vinification : Organic farming. The whole harvest is de-stemmed then macerated for a few hours in the press. Vinification at 18°C in steel vats.
- Color : Pretty salmon pink color with garnet reflections.
- Nose : Very expressive with notes of flowers and fruits. We find
aromas of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) and black
fruits (blackberry, blueberry).
- Mouth : A suave attack and a beautiful aromatic richness. A touch
of acidity can be distinguished with a finish of caramel
aromas. A balanced and harmonious wine.
- Recommendations : Perfectly accompanies mixed salads, grilled white meats,
poultry and fish.
- Service temperature : Between 8 and 10°C.
- Conservation : 2 years
