- Geographical Situation : Loire Valley. Nantes's vineyard.
- Sol : Gneiss, granite and mica.
- Vinification : Cold settled. Fermentation during 22 days at controlled
temperature in stainless steel tanks, then maturation on
the lees for 6 months.
- Color : Very light, clear, extremely pale green highlights
- Nose : White fruits such as white peaches giving way to an exotic nose. Handsomely frank.
- Mouth : Generous and full, ends with a feeling of refreshing coolness
- Recommendations : Ideal with oysters. Perfect partner with seafood and shell-fish. Delicious aperitive by itself.
