- Sol : Shale hillsides
- Vinification : Vinified in steel vats then fermented for 27 days. Fermentation is halted by a sharp drop in temperature to 2°C.
- Color : Golden with green reflections
- Nose : Hawthorn, honey, acacia and grape candied by sunshine
- Mouth : Smooth and unctuous with a long finish. Gingerbread
- Recommendations : Excellent as an aperitif or with duck's liver, smoked fillet of duck, blue cheese
- Service temperature : 8-10°C.
- Alcohol : 11.5
